摘要:A photoredox-catalyzed sulfonylation of silyl enolethers with DABCOmiddot(SO2)2and thianthrenium salts is achieved,providing diverse beta-keto sulfones in moderate to good yields. Thisprotocol features easily accessible starting materials and goodfunctional group compatibility, enabling the introduction of variousfunctionalized sulfonyl groups into ketones. Furthermore, as one ofthe important industrial raw materials, methanol can be employedas the methyl source to prepare alpha-methylsulfonated ketones through a methyl thianthrenium intermediate for thefirst time
