摘要:提出了一种聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)辅助Fenton纯化多壁碳纳米管MWCNT,应用于柔性应变传感器制造的新方法。采用Fenton反应纯化MWCNT,表征了PVP掺杂对Fenton纯化碳纳米管表面特性及溶液分散性的影响,探究了纯化MWCNT在导电聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水凝胶制备中的应用,分析了纯化碳纳米管掺杂对PAM导电水凝胶力学性能和导电特性的影响。结果表明,在Fenton纯化过程中,当PVP含量为10%时,非共价键包覆能够有效去除碳纳米管表面的无定形碳和金属催化剂颗粒等杂质,并显著提高其在水溶液中的分散性能;纯化MWCNT掺杂导电水凝胶具有更优异的拉伸性能及弹性,体积电导率在多次拉伸循环下能够保持稳定。相关研究为MWCNT在柔性应变传感器方面的应用探索了一种新的制造方法。
A new method of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)-assisted Fenton purification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) for flexible strain sensor manufacturing was proposed. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) were purified by Fenton reaction. The effects of PVP doping on the surface characteristics and solution dispersion of Fenton purified carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) were characterized. The application of purified MWCNT in the preparation of conductive polyacrylamide(PAM) hydrogel was explored. The effect of purified carbon nanotubes doping on the mechanical and electrical properties of PAM conductive hydrogel was revealed. During the Fenton reaction purification of MWCNT, 10% PVP non-covalent attachment on the surface of MWCNT would not only contribute to the removal of the impurities, such as amorphous carbon and metal catalyst particles, but also improve the degree of MWCNT dispersion in the aqueous solution. The purified MWCNT was further applied in preparing conductive polyacrylamide(PAM) hydrogels. The PAM conductive hydrogel with purified MWCNT doping exhibited significant enhancement in the tensile and elastic mechanical properties, and presented stable volume conductivity even after multiple stretching cycles. The investigation of PVP-assisted Fenton purification of MWCNT explored a new manufacturing method in the area of flexible strain sensors.
