摘要：促进保障性租赁住房高质量发展,是缓解住房租赁市场结构性供给不足,满足新市民、青年人对美好居住生活向往的重要支撑。上海在保障性租赁住房规划、建设、管理和服务等方面还存在一些突出问题,需要从统筹空间规划、优化政策支持、聚焦产业发展、强化专业运营、提升服务品质入手,突破瓶颈问题,实现保障性租赁住房高质量发展。
Promoting the high-quality development of guaranteed rental housing is an important support to alleviate the structural supply shortage in the housing rental market and meet the aspirations of new citizens and young people for a better living life.Shanghai still has some outstanding problems in the planning,construction,management and service of guaranteed rental housing.It is necessary to start from coordinating spatial planning,optimizing policy support,focusing on industrial development,strengthening professional operation and improving service quality to break through bottlenecks and realize the high-quality development of guaranteed rental housing.
