摘要:目的 :提高难溶性药物丹参酮 ( Tanshinone TAN )的溶出度。方法 :将 TAN与预胶化淀粉 ( Pregeletiniged Starch PGS)共研磨制备成共研磨混合物 ,测定了 TAN原料药和共研磨混合物的溶出度 ,通过扫描电镜分析了丹参酮的存在状态。结果 :共研磨混合物的溶出度较 TAN原料药有显著提高 ,共研磨 3 h的共研磨混合物中 ,TAN以无定形态或超微颗粒附着于载休表面。结论 :将 TAN与 PGS共研磨能有效地改善 TAN的溶出度 ,且方法简便。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the dissolution rate of a poorly water soluble drug, tanshinone (TAN).METHOD:Ground mixture of TAN with pregeletiniged starch (PGS) were prepared by co grinding in a ball mill. The dissolution rate of TAN and ground mixtures were detected. Scanning electron microscope was used to investigate the study forms. RESULTS: The dissolution rate of TAN from the ground mixtures was significantly greater than that from the intact TAN powder. The size of the crystals of TAN in ground mixture was greatly reduced, and TAN was mainly in amorphous state or ultrafine particles forms after being co ground with PGS for 3h.CONCLUSION:The dissolution rate of TAN can be improved by co grinding with PGS, and the method is simple.
