摘要:纳塑料(NPs)是一类近期备受关注的新污染物,因其具有更小粒径和更高数量密度,可能存在比微塑料更为显著的环境健康风险。基于锥形纳米孔的NPs单颗粒检测,理论上可以通过颗粒在孔道内外不同位置产生的电流信号反映NPs的不同性质,但目前缺乏有效的信号分析方法,特别是NPs性质信息与单颗粒信号特征的关联未知,并且NPs单颗粒过孔时普遍存在的离轴现象对信号分析的影响也仍有待研究。针对上述挑战,本研究聚焦NPs粒径大小和表面电荷2个典型性质,以仿真模拟生成的NPs中轴轨迹和离轴轨迹信号为研究对象,筛选出了最能反映粒径/电荷的信号特征参数,定量解析了离轴效应对信号分辨率的影响。结果显示,在提取的157个特征参数中,与粒径的相关性最高可达-0.99,与电荷的相关性最高则为-0.93;离轴效应对电流信号特征参数的影响总体在25%以内,对上述2个单相关特征参数的变化幅度均在1%以内。
Nanoplastics(NPs)are a recently highlighted class of new pollutants,distinguished by their smaller particle sizes and higher densities,potentially presenting more significant environmental health risks than microplastics.The single particle detection of NPs based on conical nanopores can theoretically reflect the different properties of NPs through the current signals generated by particles at different positions inside and outside the pores.However,there is currently a lack of effective signal analysis methods,especially the correlation between nanoplastic property information and single particle signal feature is unknown,and the impact of off-axis phenomena commonly present on signal analysis when NPs pass through pores is still to be studied.In response to the above challenges,this study focuses on two typical properties of NPs,particle size and surface charge.The simulation generated axial and off-axis trajectory signals of NPs are used as the research object,and the signal feature parameters that best reflect particle size/charge are selected.The impact of off-axis effect on signal resolution is quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that among the 157 extracted feature parameters,the highest correlation with particle size and charge were-0.99 and-0.93,respectively.The off-axis effect has an overall impact on the feature parameters of the current signal within 25%,and the variation amplitude of the two single correlated feature parameters mentioned above is within 1%.
