摘要：本文阐述了维护社会公平正义应当成为现代政府的价值目标和我国政府职能转变的要求及重要内容,指出当前维护公平正义的重点是收入分配领域的公平正义。在此基础上,本文对如何深化政府维护公平正义的体制改革与政策创新提出了建议。
This paper states that to maintain social fair and justice should become the valued objective of modern government,the demand and important content in the transformation of government functions in China.It points out that the key in maintaining fair and justice at present is in the field of income distribution.Based on above points,the paper then provides advices on how to deepen the systematic reform and policy innovation for the maintenance of fair and justice.
