摘要：本文通过对上海18个社会工作机构的21位负责人的访谈发现,三种类型的社工机构基于岗位的不同对社会工作者的能力要求有一定的差别。在此基础之上,本论文建构一个社会工作人才的三维能力模型,这一模型对于社会工作教育、培训和社会工作人才的使用、评价和激励具有启示意义。
According to the interviews of 21 responsible officers of 18 social work organizations in Shanghai, the authors find that different organizations need different abilities on the basis of different positions. On top of it, the paper establishes a three-dimensions-abilities model, which will be illuminated for social work education, training, assessment and motivation of social work qualified personnel.
