摘要:用不同表面处理剂对γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉进行了处理,并根据Washburn方法研究了处理剂对磁粉在磁浆溶剂中的润湿性的影响。研究表明,提高磁粉润湿性可提高磁带性能。
The surface modification of γ-Fe_2O_3 magnetic powder was carried out with various modifying agents. Wetting properties of the modified powder were characterized by using Washborn Method. The study of the relationship between wetting and magnetic tape property showed that increasing wettability of powders could enhance the magnetic tape properties.
