摘要:大型仪器设备开放共享可以有效地整合资源,提高仪器利用率,是未来仪器管理应用的主要方式之一。以大型仪器激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)为例,系统地介绍了LSCM操作人员的培养模式。LSCM作为研究微细结构的有效技术手段,在生物、化学、材料和工业检测等领域有着广泛应用。面对日益增长的LSCM自主上机测试要求,构建以研究生为主体,以培养可独立操作仪器自主上机测试人员为导向,开设研究生选修课程这一培养模式。整个培养模式覆盖若干要素,遵循循序渐进,化整为零,师生互动的原则,使学生养成良好的自主上机习惯。实践结果表明,此举是对LSCM操作人员培养模式有效探索,得到了适合研究生培养特点的培养模式,能够适应不断发展的时代和培养人才的需要。
Large-scale instrument opening and sharing has the advantage of efficient resource integration and high-usage, and it will be a main mode of instrument management application in the future. Taking the large-scale instrument Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy(LSCM)as an example, the operating personnel cultivation mode is stated systematically in the article. LSCM is an effective way for researching the minute structure as a kind of large-scale scientific instrument. So it is widely used in biology, chemical, material and industrial testing fields. Facing on independent testing requirement, the graduate student is the subject while cultivating independent testing personnel is the direction, then the cultivation mode of graduate student elective course has been established. The whole cultivation mode covers some elements, and it follows the principle which embodies step by step, breaks up the whole into parts and does teacher-student interaction. The graduate student can be cultivated with good independent testing habits. The practice result shows that the way is an effective exploration for cultivation mode of LSCM operators, and the suitable cultivation mode is gained to be good for the graduate students, while it can accommodate to the need for the developing times and training talents.
