摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing binder resin comprises (1) mixing vinyl monomer, acrylic ester monomer, functional monomer, chain transfer agent and halogenated hydrocarbon with emulsifying agent, stirring and mixing the solution to obtain seed emulsion I, (2) mixing the monomer mixture with emulsifying agent, adding initiator into the solution to obtain pre-emulsion II, (3) adding initiator with the seed emulsion I, carrying out polymerization reaction, adding pre-emulsion II with seed emulsion I, preserving the heat, (4) distilling mixed solution, and (5) condensing styrene-acrylic ester copolymer emulsion. USE - The binder resin is useful for preparing developing material such as ink powder for printing or copying effects, foaming material and adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The binder resin can rapidly melt at a low temperature, and has small viscosity variations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing binder resin comprises (1) mixing vinyl monomer, acrylic ester monomer, functional monomer, chain transfer agent and halogenated hydrocarbon to obtain monomer mixture, mixing the monomer mixture with emulsifying agent to obtain aqueous solution, adding pH buffering agent in the aqueous solution, regulating pH value of the solution to 6-9, uniformly stirring and mixing the solution to obtain seed emulsion I, (2) mixing the obtained monomer mixture with emulsifying agent to obtain aqueous solution, regulating the pH value of the solution to 4.5-7.5 using pH buffering agent, then adding initiator into the obtained solution and then uniformly mixing to obtain pre-emulsion II, (3) adding initiator with the obtained seed emulsion I, carrying out polymerization reaction at 85-90 degrees C, then adding pre-emulsion II with seed emulsion I, preserving the heat of the mixed solution at 2-5 degrees C for 1-2 hours, (4) distilling the mixed solution under decompression condition at 30-98 degrees C, then evaporating volatile component to obtain low molecular amount of styrene-acrylic ester copolymer emulsion, and (5) condensing the styrene-acrylic ester copolymer emulsion by adding flocculating agent. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) binder resin obtained by the method; (2) preparing ink powder comprising steps (1), (2), (3) and (4) as above per se, and (5) mixing ink powder accessories with the styrene-acrylic ester copolymer emulsion and condensing, and then adding flocculating agent; and (3) ink powder obtained by the method.
