摘要：本文以34所"985工程"重点建设高校为研究型大学代表,从行政管理人员、教师、学生数量的变化趋势,教师与行政管理人员、学生与行政管理人员比值,以及行政管理人员职称结构等方面,对研究型大学行政管理人员队伍进行了研究。2002-2008年期间,我国研究型大学行政管理人员队伍规模稳步增长,职称结构没有明显变化。但不同学校行政管理人员增幅及单位行政管理人员服务的教师和学生数差异显著,凸显了不同高校间行政管理工作效率的差异。本文认为,明确的岗位目标和职责、专业化的人员、科学的管理,是建立高质量、高效率的行政管理人员队伍的重要保证。
The paper took the 34 research universities of ＂985 project＂ key colleges and universities as the research objectives and did the study on status and trends about the administration stuff in research uni- versities in the following aspects： the quantity variation of the administration stuff, teachers and students, the ratio of teachers and the administration stuff and the ratio of students and the administra- tion stuff, as well as the title structure of the administration stuff. From the year of 2000 to 2008, in the administration stuff in research universities there was a steady growth in the scale and subtle changes in the title structure. However, the growth rate of the administration stuff and the numbers of teachers and students served by per administrator differed in those research universities, which also revealed the work efficiency differences of the administration stuff in different universities. The paper considers that the specific post goal and responsibility, the professional administration stuff and scientific management are the important guarantee to build the high-quantity and efficient administration stuff.
