摘要：Relationship management is one of the key practical issues in the implementation process of information system outsourcing has become a practical problem that plagues businesses. As the establishments of information systems have a significant impact on the success of outsourcing activities, a framework of building information system outsourcing relationship is put forward. And then, the relationship management from service provider perspective is discussed based on the framework.
