摘要:以浸渍法制备的Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)为催化剂,在固定床反应器中对生物油水蒸气重整制氢过程的积碳进行了研究。实验结果表明,随反应温度的升高,积碳速率和整体积碳率先升高后降低,在600℃左右积碳速率和整体积碳率达到最大值,分别为143.68 mg/(g·h)和24.89%。随水碳摩尔比的增加,积碳速率和整体积碳率逐渐降低,当水碳摩尔比从1增加到4时,积碳速率降低了72.79%,整体积碳率下降了72.77百分点。催化剂积碳分析结果表明,积碳和烧结是造成催化剂失活的主要原因,催化剂积碳主要以丝状碳形式存在。
The carbon deposition of steam reforming of bio-oil was studied in a fixed-bed reactor,and Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) was prepared by the impregnation method.The results showed that as the reaction temperature increases,the coke formation rate and total coke rate increase firstly and then decrease.There is a peak around 600℃,and the coke formation rate and total coke rate are the maximum values of 143.68 mg/(g·h)and 24.89%respectively.The coke formation rate and total coke rate decrease with H_(2)O/C mole ratio increasing.When H_(2)O/C mole ratio increases from 1 to 4,the coke formation rate decreases by 72.79%,and the total coke rate decreases by 72.77 percentage.The analyses of catalyst carbon deposition show that carbon deposition and sintering are the main causes of catalyst deactivation,and the catalyst carbon deposition mainly exists in the form of filamentous carbon.
