摘要:以湿法磷酸生产的经浮选后的废弃磷尾矿为原料,从其中分离回收钙镁,制备新型土壤调节剂糖醇钙镁,对磷尾矿进行了煅烧活化和酸浸动力学的实验研究。基于热重分析及钙镁酸解浸出率分析的研究结果表明,磷尾矿中白云石热分解过程为吸热反应,白云石热分解遵循二维相界面反应模型;钙、镁浸出反应表观活化能分别为13.157、23.023 kJ/mol;煅烧活化后的尾矿酸浸出速率受内扩散控制,获得白云石热分解及钙、镁浸出反应的动力学方程。
In order to effectively recover calcium and magnesium from phosphorus tailings after flotation in a phosphating plant,which can be used for the preparation of a new type of soil regulator,sugar alcohol chelated calcium-magnesium.The calcining and leaching kinetics experiment of phosphorus tailings was carried out.Based on thermogravimetric analysis and acid leaching rate of calcium and magnesium,the results showed that the thermal decomposition process of dolomite in phosphorus tailings was endothermic reaction,the thermal decomposition of dolomite followed the two-dimensional phase interface reaction model.The apparent activation energies of calcium and magnesium leaching reaction were 13.157 kJ/mol and 23.023 kJ/mol,the leaching rate was controlled by internal diffusion.And the kinetic equations of the thermal decomposition of dolomite and the leaching of calcium and magnesium were obtained.
