摘要：临床检测微流控芯片是微全分析系统的一个重要研究前沿。根据检测对象和检测方法的不同,本文从免疫分析、蛋白质分析、核酸分析、细胞分析和小分子分析5个方面对微流控临床检测的最新技术进行了全面地评述。引用文献45篇。
Microfluidic clinical diagnostic chip has become a prominent application of micro total analysis system（μTAS） in recent years. According to different target analytes and methods of analysis, we present this review on five categories： immunoassay, protein, nucleic acid, cell analysis and small molecular. New technology and methodology in microfluidic clinical diagnostic chip is comprehensively introduced and reviewed. 45 references are cited.
