摘要:根据振动分析原理 ,引用单位脉冲响应函数矩阵 ,导出了弹性系统之间发生多点碰撞的动力方程组 ,揭示了系统动态特性在碰撞过程中的重要作用。该文所得的方程计入了系统原始振动的影响。文中对碰撞接触点的局部变形采用等效弹簧模拟 ,形成了接触的非线性本构关系 ,与动力方程组形成了封闭的方程组。文中还讨论了方程组的求解方法 ,并对三点碰撞做了实例分析 ,得到了与实验符合较好的结果。该方法对于自动武器自动机的运动和强度分析具有一定的参考价值。
According to the theory of the collision analysis,the article applies the unit pulse response function matrix,derives the dynamical equations of multipoints impacts between the elastic system,and reveals the important role of the system dynamical characteristics in the impacts process.The equations obtained in the article include the influence of the system original impacts.The equally effective elastic analogy was used for the local deform of the multiple impact points,thus forming the contact non linear elementary association closed equations with the dynamic equations.The solution to the set of equations is expounded and the tree point impact is analyzed by concrete example,obtaining a good agreement with experiments.The method is of definite reference value for the strength analysis and movement of automatic machines of the automatic weapons.
