摘要:目的:探索拥有我国自主知识产权新型纳米氟磷灰石-聚醚醚酮材料(nFA/PEEK)的生物相容性和成骨性能。方法:将通过喷砂方法制备的nFA/PEEK和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)柱状种植体各10颗,延期植入6只犬下颌前磨牙区,术后8和12周各随机处死3只,标本行X线检查,非脱钙种植骨组织切片行苦味酸品红染色、四环素荧光标记测定骨结合率(BIC)和骨矿化沉积速率(MAR)。结果:nFA/PEEK种植体周围新骨的产生和成熟均比PEEK更迅速,骨结合率更高,8和12周nFA/PEEK组的BIC分别为71.02%和85.56%,均显著高于PEEK组的10.28%和40.19%(P<0.01);nFA/PEEK组的MAR为1.77和1.49μm/d,高于PEEK组的1.29和1.13μm/d(P<0.05)。结论:nFA/PEEK与其骨床结合佳,有助于新骨生长,动物实验表明具有良好成骨效能。
Objective: To evaluate the osteogenic properties polyetheretherketone biocomposited by nanofluorapatite(nFA/PEEK). Methods: 10 nFA/PEEK and 10 polyetheretherketone(PEEK) column-shaped dental implants were sandblasted and then implanted in premolar areas of both sides of mandible respectively in six beagle dogs. 3 dogs were randomly sacrificed at the end of 8 and 12 weeks after operation. The implants with surrounding bone tissue as a whole were collected and examined by X-ray and histology. Bone implant combination rate(BIC) was calculated and mineral apposition rate(MAR) was measured by tetracycline fluorescent la- beling. Results: nFA/PEEK implants were initiated and strongly osseointegrated by bone tissue more than PEEK implants. 8 and 12 w after implantation BIC in nFA/PEEK group were 71.02% and 85.56%, that in PEEK group 10.28% and 40.19%, respectively (P〈0.01). MAR in nFA/PEEK group were 1.77 μm/d and 1.49μm/d, that in PEEK group 1.29 μm/d and 1.13 μm/d, re- spectively(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : nFA/PEEK implant has stronger osteogenic properties than PEEK.
