摘要:研究了碳点与氯金酸质量比对Cdot-Au的粒径、形貌和紫外可见吸收等性能的影响,利用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重分析等对Cdot-Au的粒径、结构和组成进行了表征,并考察了Cdot-Au的荧光性能。结果表明,随着碳点用量增加,Cdot-Au的粒径逐渐减小至2 nm并趋于均匀;当碳点和氯金酸质量比为3∶1时,制备的Cdot-Au的量子产率高达34.7%,并保持了碳点的荧光寿命和激发独立性等荧光性能。该工艺简便可行、反应条件温和且绿色环保,所制备的碳点/金复合纳米粒子具有量子产率高、尺寸小、生物毒性小和耐光漂白等特点。
The effects of the mass ratio between carbon dot and chloroauric acid on the size,morphology and UV-vis absorbance of the nanocomposites were investigated. The particle size, structure, composition and fluorescence properties of Cdot-Au were characterized using transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that the particle size of Cdot-Au decreased to 2 nm gradually with the increase of carbon dot amount. When the mass ratio of carbon dot to chloroauric acid was 3 ∶ 1,the uniform nanoparticles with the quantum yield up to 34. 7% were obtained,meanwhile the fluorescence decay time and the excitation-independent properties of carbon dot were retained.This process is facile,mild and green,and the as-synthesized Cdot-Au has the characteristics such as high quantum yield,small particle size,low biotoxicity and anti-bleaching.
