摘要:比较了大孔弱酸树脂(A)和强酸732树脂(B)对卡那霉素(C)的吸附行为。用正交设计试验法和电子计算机演算,确定了最适工艺条件,并用发酵液做了动态试验。实验表明,A型华化-Ⅲ湿树脂对C成品溶液的静态交换容量为24.2×10 ̄7u/L,比B提高了25.4%;对C发酵液的动态交换容量为15.7×10 ̄7u/L,比B提高了22.7%,同样比AmberliteIRC-50树脂也高。在滤液呈中性条件下,浓度为99×10 ̄5u/L左右时吸附,用2.5%氨水解吸,可获得C离子交换过程最佳状态,回收率增加、浓缩倍数提高、能耗降低。
The extraction characteristics,sorption capacity and elution property,of Ka-namycin with macroreticular wcak-acid exchange resin(Ⅰ)and the conventional strong-acidrcsin 732 were compared, The optimum technological conditions of extraction by(Ⅰ)werestudied by means of orthogonal design and theoretical calculation with computer. The columntest for fermentalion broth as processed.Experimental results showed that the optimum statusfor Kanamycin ion-exchange process is under the conditions: the neutral filtrat of fermentationbroth with Kanamycin concentiation of 99 ×10 ̄5 u/L and 2.5%aqueous ammonia as eluent.This method has following advantages: Huahua macroreticular weak-acid resin-Ⅲ possessesthe higher sorption capacity than 732 resin and Amberlite IRC-50 resin,the overall yeild ofKanamycin is increased,concentractive times are reised and the energy consumption is de-creased.
