摘要：大学生创新实验在激发大学生创新意识、培养大学生科研能力等方面具有非常重要的意义。基于教研组所做的工作,总结在实施大学生创新实验过程中药物制剂专业人才培养的办法、效果与经验,并且围绕如何能够更好地提高项目执行效率、调动教师及学生的积极性和主动性进行探讨。
Undergraduate Innovation projects have significant positive impact on the creativity and scientif- ic research ability of undergraduate students. This article summarizes the implementation, outcome, and experiences of such program on the training of professionals in the field of Pharmaceutical Prepara- tion. Many of them are based on exploration. Some suggestions are also made on how to improve the pro- gram efficiency and stimulate enthusiasm and initiative of students as well as teachers.
