摘要:从有效性和经济角度考虑,选定硫铁化物为煤与生物质加氢共液化的催化剂.在不同条件下制备的催化剂对反应有不同的催化效果.硫铁催化剂可降低反应苛刻度,在300~400℃范围内可明显提高反应转化率和油产率.建议合适的反应条件为:温度350℃;反应时间 20 min,初始冷氢压 3.40 MPa.
After selection of suitable catalyst for coliquefaction of coal and biomass, ferric sulfide (FeSx) has been determined as an applicable catalyst from the aspects of effectiveness and economy. The catalysts prepared under different conditions have different effects on the reaction. The ferric sulfide catalyst cannot only reduce the seventy of reaction condition, but also significantly improve the conversion and oil yield in the temperature range of 300-400℃. The completeness time of coliquefaction can be shortened with the presence of this catalyst. Reaction temperature has a notable effect on catalytic coliquefaction. And cool hydrogen pressure plays a more tangible role during catalystic coliquefaction than non-catalytic reaction. The preferable reaction conditions are: temperature 350℃, reaction time 20 min, cool H2 pressure 3.40 MPa.
