摘要：A randomly mutated phage display peptide library of N-terminal (21-145 residues) extracellular domain of glucogan-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1 receptor) from rat lung was constructed using error-prone PCR (epPCR). On the basis of the mutants obtained, the binding activity of the N-terminal extracellular domain of glucogan-like peptide 1 receptor (nGLP-1R) to exendin-4 was analyzed. Results show that the exchange of conserved cysteines C26 has no effect on the binding ability of nGLP-lR with its ligand exendin-4. Alternatively, the 101st and the 108th amino acids are two potential binding sites in the receptor.
