摘要:以聚砜中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,以二苯甲酰-L-酒石酸(L-DBTA)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用表面热聚合方法制备L-DBTA印迹中空纤维复合膜(CM IHFCM)。40℃时实验研究表明,CM IHFCM具有优良的优先透水性能,20%乙醇-水溶液的分离因子和渗透通量分别为1086和2093 g/m2.h;50%乙醇-水溶液的分离因子和渗透通量分别为2181和2185g/m2.h。此外,CM IHFCM的渗透汽化表观活化能为16.9 kJ/m o l。
Using polysulfone (PSF) hollow fiber membrane as the supported membrane, dibenzoyl-L-tartaric Acid (L-DBTA) as a template, methyl methaerylatc (MMA) as functional monomer and glycol dimethyacrylate (GDMA) as a cross linker chiral (L-DBTA), molecular imprinted hollow fiber composite membrane (CMIHFCM) was fabricated by surface thermal-polymerization method, Effect of surface thermal-polymerization process on pervaporation performance was obvious. The pervaporation properties of CMIHFCM for the separation of ethanol/ water solution was studied. The pervaporation results show that at 40 ℃ 20% ethanol in the ethanol/water solution, the separation factor is 1086 while permeation flux is 2093 g/m^2·h; 50% ethanol in the ethanol/water solution, the separation factor is 2181 while permeation flux is 2185 g/m^2·h. Besides, the apparent activation energy of pervaporation of CMIHFCM is 1G. 9 kJ/mol.
