摘要:描述了含羧基活性官能团菁染料的合成,用红外光谱、紫外可见光谱和核磁共振波谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了这类染料在不同溶剂中的分子吸收光谱和荧光光谱,发现取代基和溶剂对染料的最大吸收波长有不同程度的影响。采用N ico l理论研究了此类化合物的溶剂效应,结果表明:此类化合物最大吸收峰的波数与函数f(n,ε)存在良好的线性关系,最大吸收波长总体上随着溶剂折射率的增大发生红移。
The hemicyanine and carboncyanine dyes with carboxyl group were synthesized and their structures confirmed by IR (Infrared spectroscopy), ^1H-NMR (nuclear magretic resonance) and UV-Vis (ultra violet-visible) spectroscopy. The effect of solvents and substituents on absorption and fluorescence spectra of the dyes was discussed. Solvent effects of the dyes were studied with Nicol theory. It was demonstrated that there is a good linear relationship between wavenumber of dye maximum absorption peak and function f(n,ε) and the peaks would make a bathochromic shift with the increase of solvent refractive index.
