摘要：综述了聚酰胺的层析分离作用机理,以及在黄酮类物质、茶多酚、醌以及贵金属分离提取中的应用现状。聚酰胺作为一种用途广泛的吸附剂,随着研究的进一步深入,必将应用到更多领域,其层析机理也会得到更多研究。
This paper reviewed the mechanism of purification by polyamide chromatography and the development of applying in flavonoids of plants and tea polyphenols of tea and anthraquinone and noble metal. With gradually deepening the study on polyamide chromatography, it would be bound to apply in more fields and the mechanism would be investigated deeply.
