摘要:用溶剂萃取法从异丁醛氧化法制甲基丙烯酸的废水溶液中回收乙酸。以磷酸三丁酯三烷基胺煤油=552520(体积比)的混合溶剂作为萃取剂,测定了该物系的液液相平衡数据,并对试验数据进行了关联。通过模拟计算和模拟试验,获得该物系萃取过程最佳的操作条件为理论级数N=5,相比为1。
The recovery of acetic acid from waste water of methacrylic acid production has been studied experimentally by solvent extraction The extractant solvent consists of tributyl phosphate(TBP)and trioctyl amine(N235)and kerosene(Ker)with the volume ratio of TBP∶N235∶Ker=55∶25∶20 The liquid liquid equilibrium data are measured and correlated for the extraction system The suitable operating conditions obtained by simulated calculation and simulated experiments are:solvent feed ratio S/F=1 and theoretical stage number N=5
