摘要:神经编码理论的研究,对于了解大脑内部工作机制以及对于人工智能、脑-机接口等技术的应用前景都具有重要意义。通过分析目前常用的几种视知觉神经编码的原理、方法,评价它们各自的优缺点,发现无论是单个神经元层次上还是多个神经元层次上,甚至是网络层次上的编码方式,由于神经元之间复杂的非线性耦合方式,用计算模型来描述视知觉功能都存在一定的困难。基于这样一种研究现状,进一步分析了一种新的简单有效的编码方式-神经能量编码,此编码与现有的其他编码相互结合,有望解决原有编码所无法解决或无法解释的问题。在应用方面介绍了视知觉条件下的步态运动输出控制,分析讨论了目前人体步态运动控制的原理、研究方法及其面临的挑战。
Studying the neural code theory has an important significance for understanding human's brain working mechanism and practical application prospects of artificial intelligence or brain-computer interface.Through analyzing principles and methods of several current used neural codes of visual perception,and evaluating their advantages and disadvantages,it was found that there are certain difficulties for using computational model to demonstrate visual perception,whether the code pattern is at a single neuron level or at multiple neurons level,even at the network level, since the nonlinear couplings among neurons are complicated.Trying to solve these difficulties,a new simple but efficient coding theory called the neural energy code was analyzed further.It was hopeful that the existing coding theories are combined with the neural energy coding theory to solve the problems which the original codes cannot manage or explain. For applications,the gait motion output controlling under visual perception was discussed including its principles,studying methods and great challenges encountered in practical and theoretical studies.
