摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of ceramic-activated carbon material comprises causing phenolic resin to immerse into a formed porous ceramic via immersing technique; and obtaining the ceramic-activated carbon compound material by solidifying, carbonizing, activating, and washing the resin inside the porous ceramic. The porous ceramic has a porosity factor of 10-50%; and porosity structure comprising a randomly distributed porous channel having a diameter of 10-1000 mu m. The activated carbon takes 1-15 wt.% of the total weight. It has a specific surface area of 600-1400 m2/g. USE - Method of preparing ceramic-activated carbon material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides porous ceramic-activated carbon material having high strength and stable indexes of activated carbon. The requirement of mass transfer between flow medium and activated carbon could be adequately satisfied, thus effectively effecting the function of the activated carbon and overcoming the problem that the powder is easy to fall off from the surface of the activated carbon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ceramic-activated carbon material comprises preparing phenolic resin as immersing liquid; causing the resin to immerse into a formed porous ceramic via immersing technique; and obtaining the ceramic-activated carbon compound material by solidifying, carbonizing, activating, and washing the resin inside the porous ceramic. The porous ceramic has a porosity factor of 10-50%; and porosity structure comprising a randomly distributed porous channel having a diameter of 10-1000 mu m. The porosity structure is macroporous, mesoporous, and microporous. The activated carbon takes 1-15 wt.% of the total weight. It has a specific surface area of 600-1400 m2/g.
