摘要：以工业物联网为核心,综合运用了分布式异构设计,开发了智能工程机械管控平台。该平台主要涵盖WEB服务器(阿里云)、MQTT服务器(阿里云)、操作管理装置(树莓派)、现场控制装置(嵌入式开发板)、电力拖动等执行传感机构以及机械结构的设计。平台可实现工地管理人员对全厂调度优化、工程机械管理、人事管理和远程机械控制,加强了工地的管理控制,降低了整个工地管理成本。同时驾驶员进行远程作业,在保障驾驶员身心安全、改善驾驶环境的同时,降低了工地人力成本。
This work has designed an intelligent engineering machinery management and control platform based on Industrial Internet of Things.The system uses the industrial Internet of Things as the core and integrates distributed heterogeneous design,covering WEB server (Ali.Cloud) and MQTT server (Ali.Cloud),operation management device (Raspberry Pi),on-site control device (Bochuang development board),electric drive and other execution sensing mechanisms,and mechanical structure design.Through this intelligent engineering machinery management and control platform,the site management personnel can carry out plant-wide scheduling optimization,engineering machinery management,personnel management and remote mechanical control.This work strengthens the management control of the construction site and reduces the management cost of the entire construction site.At the same time,the driver performs remote operations,which reduces the labor cost of the construction site while protecting the driver’s physical and mental safety and improving the driving environment.
