摘要：NOVELTY - The vibrating-type reaction device has an intermittent pipe reactor (20) that is fixed to a titanium alloy plate (10). The intermittent pipe reactor is vibrated along vertical direction by using an eccentric wheel of a motor (8). The reactor has fastening nuts (19) that are provided with screw holes. A disc element is fixed to the screw hole. USE - Vibrating-type reaction device used for liquefying coal/biomass. ADVANTAGE - The intermittent pipe reactor is vibrated along vertical direction by using eccentric wheel of motor. Hence the materials can be mixed uniformly. The pushing out of residue during the pressure removing process can be prevented. The vibrating-type reaction device can be operated simply.
