摘要:In order to meet the requirements of soil inoculants for release rate and biodegradability, oxidized sodium alginate (OSA) and starch to form a composite material used to encapsulatePseudomonas protegensSN15-2. The results indicated that OSA microcapsules show higher degradation and release rate than alginate microcapsules because of the lower molecular weight of OSA. Meanwhile, increasing the proportion of starch within the maximum concentration range of 4% can further improve the release rate and degradability of the microcapsules. This encapsulation strategy has broad application prospects to meet the needs of soil inoculant production.
