摘要：作为党的基层组织细胞,高校教师党支部在宣传、引领、教育广大党员群众中发挥着最基础、最直接的作用。以提升组织力为重点,切实加强高校教师党支部组织力建设,就是要突出教师党支部的政治功能,完善制度机制,优化组织设置,建强带头人队伍,以党建促发展,从而实现高校教师党支部党建工作和业务工作双促进、双提升。
As the grass-roots organizational cell of the Party,the Party branch of university teachers plays the most basic and di-rect role in publicizing,guiding and educating the masses of Party members.Focusing on improving the organizational strength and strengthening the organizational capacity of the Party branch of university teachers,we should stress the political function of the Party branch of university teachers,perfect the system mecha-nism,optimize the organizational settings,build a strong team of leaders,and promote the development with the Party construction so as to realize the double promotion and double promotion of the Party construction and professional work of the Party branch of university teachers.
