摘要:基于Gurson弹塑性损伤理论,应用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对小冲杆试验全过程进行模拟,通过0.5mm厚试样载荷-位移曲线的模拟值与试验值对比,确保有限元模型参数的准确性,进而得出钢珠与试样间的摩擦作用对载荷-位移曲线及断裂位置的影响,以及试样厚度对断裂位置的影响。
ABAQUS was adopted to establish SPT model.The test process was simulated based on the ductile elasto-plastic damage theory of Gurson.A comparison of L-D curve between simulation and test with the specimen thickness 0.5mm has been done to ensure the validity of parameters.The results show that both the friction coefficient and the specimen thickness have some effect on the L-D curve and fracture position,the friction coefficient also influences the final stage of the L-D curve.
