摘要:文章对新开发的环鞍复合填料进行了实验研究,在塔径为400 mm×6 mm的有机玻璃塔内测定了其流体力学性能和传质性能,并和阶梯环进行了对比实验。结果表明,环鞍复合填料具有更好的性能,与阶梯环相比,压降可减小10%—20%,通量增大10%—20%,传质效率提高10%左右。而且,在初步的工业应用中,取得了相当好的经济效果。为了应用方便,将环鞍复合填料的流体力学实验数据进行了关联,获得了压降、载点气速和泛点气速的关联式。
In order to develop a kind of random packing with high efficiency and large generalized fluxes, a newlydeveloped hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of ring-saddle complex packing were studied experimentally in the plexiglass tower in a diameter of φ400 mm× 6 mm and compared with those of cascade ring packing. The experimental data proved that ring-saddle complex packing had outstanding features of increasing the capacity by 10%-20% and the mass transfer efficiency by about 10% and decreasing the pressure drop by 10%-20%. Furthermore, the considerable economic results were achieved in the opening industrial uses. For the sake of convenient application, the formulas of pressure drop, loading velocity and flooding velocity of ring-saddle complex packing were ~ven by the experimental data fitting. The experimental results and the opening industrial uses show that ring-saddle complex packing are successfully developed and the formulas can be used in the industrial design.
