摘要:NOVELTY - Method for increasing the leaching rate of aluminum by decomposing coal gangue at atmospheric pressure and low temperature alkali involves adding 20-70 %mass sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to coal gangue in the ratio of (2.5-10.5):1 in an atmospheric reactor, heating to 40-120 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, filtering the slurry obtained at 40-90 degrees C and measuring the elution rate of aluminum by repeatedly washing the obtained slurry with water at 40-90 degrees C. USE - Method for increasing leaching rate of aluminum by decomposing coal gangue at atmospheric pressure and low temperature alkali (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, carried out with low energy consumption, has reduced environmental pollution and has efficient utilization of aluminum resources in coal gangue, compared with traditional hydrochloric acid, sintering and alkali in atmospheric lime sintering method. The process solves the problem of domestic demand for alumina, treatment and utilization of coal gangue, and is economical.
