摘要:The leaching pattern of metallic elements in steel slag in acetic acid is very important for its use in carbon sequestration. The content and morphology of the main elements (Ca, Mg, Fe) in steel slag were analyzed by XRF, XPS, XRD, etc. The acid digestion kinetics of steel slag with a particle size of 3.2-5.0 mm by acetic acid were studied by fractal shrinking core model. The results showed that the leaching of Ca2+ and Mg2+ was mainly controlled by ash layer diffusion, and the leaching of Fe3+ was controlled by surface reaction. Benzyltrimethylammonium chloride (TMBAC) was used to neutralize the anion shield layer, reduce the resistance of the ash layer diffusion and improve the leaching rate of metal ions. This study is expected to provide the basis for new ways of fully exploiting steel slag that require extraction of metallic elements from steel slag such as carbon fixation. ? 2024, The Authors.
