摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing an andrographolide compound, comprises: extracting Andrographis leaves using methanol water solution; adding pure water into the extraction liquid, and filtering to obtain a filtrate; adding pure water into the filtrate, performing a reverse phase chromatography purification, eluting it with methanol aqueous solution, collecting a combined effective methanol eluent, and concentrating to obtain thick paste; and dissolving the thick paste in ethyl acetate or acetonitrile, performing a hydrophilic chromatographic purification process, eluting with elution solution, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing an andrographolide compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply and economically preparing the andrographolide compound with high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing an andrographolide compound, comprises: extracting Andrographis leaves using methanol water solution for twice; adding pure water into the extraction liquid to dilute a methanol volume concentration to 30-80%, fully stirring and standing, and filtering to obtain a filtrate; adding pure water into the filtrate to dilute it, performing a reverse phase chromatography purification, where a mass ratio of sampling amount and the filler is 1:20-1:80, eluting it with methanol aqueous solution, collecting a combined effective methanol eluent, and concentrating to obtain a thick paste; and dissolving the thick paste in ethyl acetate or acetonitrile, performing a hydrophilic chromatographic purification process, where a mass ratio of sampling amount and the filler is 1:3-1:6, eluting with an elution solution, collecting an eluting liquid, and concentrating and drying to obtain an andrographolide compound.
