摘要:用离子替代法制备了ZnO/ZnS复合超微粒,并且用LB膜技术进行有序组装。结果显示:ZnO/ZnS复合超微粒具有独特的性质;ZnO/ZnS超微粒/硬脂酸复合LB膜具有良好的成膜性能和层状结构以及不同于胶体的光谱特征;在适当的表面压下,ZnO/ZnS复合超微粒被组装成纳米线。
The ZnO/ZnS composite ultrafine particles were prepared by ion replacement method and orderly fabricated with LB film technique.The results showed:ZnO/ZnS composite ultrafine particles had unique property.ZnO/ZnS particles/stearic acid composite LB films had good forming film characterization,lamellar structure and different spectrum characterization.ZnO/ZnS composite ultrafine particles were fabricated nanometer wire at certainly surface pressure.
