摘要:作者在0.4m×1.2m矩形塔中,对筛板上从流动泡沫工况向喷射工况转变进行了研究。考察气、液负荷,孔径,开孔率以及堰高等因素对工况转变的影响。根据实验结果及理论分析提出了一个适用于低Fr数的判别转相的模型。
The experiments were conducted in a0.4×1.2m rectangular coulumn. The factors, such as gas and liquid rate, hole diameter and tray free areas, weir height, influencing transition from froth to spray regime on sieve trays were studied. Based on the results of experiments and theoretical analysis, a model was proposed to distinguish phase inversion for lower Fr~* number.
