摘要:NOVELTY - The beam has a profile steel component (1) fixed on a flange. A prefabricated concrete U-type groove (2) is formed between the profile steel component and the flange. The prefabricated concrete U-type groove is filled with cast-in-situ concrete material. A concrete wing edge board (3) is provided with a longitudinal rib (4). The profile steel component is fixed with a semi-hoop rib (5). A bottom part of the semi-hoop rib is provided with 135 degrees-bending hook. The semi-hoop rib is fixed with a bottom part of the prefabricated concrete U-shaped groove. The longitudinal rib is fixed with the semi-hoop rib. USE - Assembly part prefabricated part concrete combination beam. ADVANTAGE - The beam has high construction efficiency, high precast concrete mechanical performance and wide applications range, and reduces floor height, construction space, material investment and steel material consumption rate, improves stability and rigidity of steel and earthquake-proof performance and realizes lateral support function.
