摘要:以DCT250变速器电磁阀阀体出现泄漏、气缩孔缺陷为研究对象,分析了铸件发生泄漏、气缩孔的根本原因。通过优化浇注系统及排溢系统,最终消除了铸造缺陷,铸件质量得到大幅提升。
Origination of leakage and gas shrinkage in DCT250 gearbox magnetic was described based on the MAGMA software. By optimizing the gating system and overflow system, the defects in the mag- netic valve were eliminated, greatly improving the quality.
