摘要：党的十九大提出了“共建共治共享”的社会治理格局,就是要求各社会组织力量共同参与社会建设,共同参与社会治理,共同分享社会治理的成果。为了构建新时代“共建共治共享”的社会治理格局,要树立多元主体参与的合作治理理念,促进预防与化解社会矛盾的“大调解”机制建设,基于大数据技术和智慧城市建设实现智能化治理,并健全社会公共安全体系建设、推进社会心理服务体系建设、完善社区治理体系建设。
The 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward the social governance pattern of"co-development,cogovernance and sharing",which requires all social organizations to participate in social development and social governance and share the results of social governance.In order to build such a social governance model in the new era,we must introduce the concept of cooperative governance with the participation of diverse parties;create the"grand mediation"mechanism for prevention and resolution of social conflicts;realize intelligent governanee based on big data technology and the smart city program;and improve the social public security system,the social psychological service system and the community governance system.
