摘要:介绍了一种简便易行的制备蔗果三糖标准品的方法。研究得出曲霉6.222胞内、胞外酶均具有活性,最佳酶反应条件为:pH6.0,温度50℃,时间60min。最佳初始蔗糖浓度为250g/L。由曲霉6.222发酵制备的酶溶液稳定性良好。
It is available to prepare standard 1kestose easily. The intracellular and extracellular activities of the strain 6.222 (isolated from soil and identified as moulds) were investigated. The optimum enzymatic reaction conditions of it were as follows: pH6.0, 50, 60min. The optimal initial concentration of sucrose in enzymatic reaction is 250g/L. The stability of enzymatic solution is excellent.
