摘要:对含泥钾矿的工艺矿物学特性进行了全面分析,研究了钾矿的化学元素、矿物组成、粒度分布和不同筛分粒度下的产品解离度,并对不同含泥量的原矿进行表征对比,对不溶物颗粒的形貌、粒径、物相及化学组成等进行了分析。结果表明,研究的两种含泥钾矿都是钠钾镁钙复杂固体矿,主要成分为KC1、NaC1和矿泥SiO2,还有少量MgC12和CaC12。矿泥表面多孔,比表面积大,粒径分布不均匀,夹杂包裹在晶体表面,阻碍了晶体的成形。高含泥矿(含泥量大于10%)中矿泥粒度分布大,筛分作用不佳;而平均含泥量约4%的钾矿在筛分区间0.2~0.45mm内的KC1质量分数较高,占总KCI质量分数的68.92%,不溶物质量分数较低,为总不溶物的38.42%,可以有效筛分分离。
Comprehensive process mineralogy analyses of slime- containing potash ore were made to investigate its chemical ele-ments, mineral composition, size distribution and degree of dis- sociation under different screening sizes. Moreover, the morphol- ogy, particle size and chemical composition of insoluble sub- stances were analyzed in detail. Results showed that KCI, NaC1, SiO2(slime) and a small amount of MgClzand CaC12 were the main compositions. The slime had the features of multi-aperture surface, large specific surface, and uneven distribution of particle size, which entrained on the surface of salt crystal ,hindering theformation of crystal. The wide range of particle size distribution of the high slime-containing ore (〉10 %, wt) had the poor effect of screening. While, KCI content in the potash ore containing a- round 4% slime within the screening partition of 0.2~0.45 mm was higher, accounting for 68.92% of the total KCI and the in- soluble substances were lower in content , making up its 38.42 % ,which could be effectively screened.
