摘要:NOVELTY - A silver precursor and silicon precursor are dissolved in absolute ethyl alcohol, and prepared into precursor mixed solution. The mixed solution is atomized by spreading oxygen and then loaded into atomizing flame burner. The pyrolytic reaction is processed in burning reactor, to obtain silver nanoparticles. The obtained nanoparticles are formed on the surface in situ, to obtain silver-plated core-shell structure of silicon oxide nanoparticles. The precursor containing silver is silver nitrate or silver acetate. USE - Preparation of silver-plated core-shell structure of silicon oxide nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The silver-plated core-shell structure of silicon oxide nanoparticles is efficiently prepared with high purity, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silver precursor and silicon precursor are dissolved in absolute ethyl alcohol, and prepared into precursor mixed solution. The mixed solution is atomized by spreading oxygen and then loaded into atomizing flame burner. The pyrolytic reaction is processed in burning reactor, to obtain silver nanoparticles. The obtained nanoparticles are formed on the surface in situ, to obtain silver-plated core-shell structure of silicon oxide nanoparticles. The precursor containing silver is silver nitrate or silver acetate. The precursor containing silicon is ethyl orthosilicate or hexamethyl disiloxane. The concentration of silver in the precursor solution is 0.02-0.2 mol/L. The molar ratio of silicon in precursor containing silicon and silver is 0.01:1-0.2:1. The feeding speed of precursor solution is 1-3 ml/minute. The flow of oxygen spreading is 2-7 L/minute. The combustion flame adopts combination gas flame of hydrogen/air. The flow of hydrogen is 1-3 L/minute. The volume ratio of air and hydrogen is 10:1-25:1.
