摘要:NOVELTY - A small interfering RNA (siRNA) is capable of targeting human tetraspanin-8 (TSPAN8) gene and specifically inhibiting TSPAN8 gene expression, where the siRNA comprises sense strand comprising base pair sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and antisense strand comprising base pair sequence of 2, is new. USE - The siRNA is useful for preparing anti-tumor medicine (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A small interfering RNA (siRNA) is capable of targeting human tetraspanin-8 (TSPAN8) gene and specifically inhibiting TSPAN8 gene expression, where the siRNA comprises sense strand comprising base pair sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and antisense strand comprising base pair sequence of 2, is new. gcaaugacucucaagcaa (SEQ ID NO: 1), and cguuacugagaguucguu (SEQ ID NO: 2). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) short hairpin RNA (shRNA) capable of targeting human TSPAN8 gene and specifically inhibiting TSPAN8 gene expression, where the shRNA comprises sense strand comprising a 46 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 3) fully defined in the specification, and antisense strand comprising a 53 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 4) fully defined in the specification; (2) transcribed DNA sequence of shRNA comprising sense strand comprising a 46 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 5) fully defined in the specification, and antisense strand comprising comprising a 53 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 6) fully defined in the specification; and (3) recombinant vector comprising siRNA or shRNA.
