摘要:通过盆栽试验研究了萘污染对 5种水生植物生理指标的影响。结果表明 ,萘对水生植物具有某些毒害作用 ,且随着浓度的增加 ( 1 .2 mg/L~ 1 6.1 mg/L)显示出明显的负效应 ,表现为呼吸强度受到抑制 ,叶绿素含量降低 ;水葫芦、水花生的过氧化物酶 ( POD)活性逐渐升高 ,浮萍、紫萍和细叶满江红的酶活性随萘浓度增加先升高后降低。叶绿素含量及 POD活性可以作为水生植物受萘污染的指标。
Based on the pot experiments, effects of PHAs (naphthalene) pollution on the phy siological index of hydrophyte were studied. The results show that naphthalene p ollution can do certain harm to hydrophyte and the growth of hydrophytes exi st o bvious negative effects as the concentration of naphthalene increases (1.2mg/L~ 16.1mg/L) such as inhibiting the respiration rate of hydrophyte and decreasing t he contents of chlorophyll. The POD activity of Eichhornia crassipes solms a n d Alternanthera philoxeroides rises gradually and that of Lemna minor, Spi rodel a polyrrhiza shleid and Zolla filiculoides lamark rises at first, th e n comes down with the increase of concentration of naphthalene. The contents of blade pigment and POD activity can be used as index of hydrophytes polluted by n aphthalene.
