摘要：NOVELTY - Gypenosides are prepared by extracting a Gynostemma pentaphyllum material with an extracting solvent in an ultrasonic extractor; and transporting the extracting liquid to a column body of an expanding bed and, after being absorbed by resin, absorbing the remaining liquid, and flowing it to the extractor to continuously extract where, in a dynamic extracting process, an effective component in the Gynostemma pentaphyllum is continuously transferred to the resin of the column bed. USE - Method for preparing gypenosides (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency, simple steps, low cost, and energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of gypenosides includes (A) putting an extracting solvent and a Gynostemma pentaphyllum material into an ultrasonic extractor to extract, where extracting time is 0.5-1.5 hours; (B) starting an infusion pump, transporting the extracting liquid to a column body of an expanding bed and, after being absorbed by resin, absorbing the remaining liquid, and flowing it to the ultrasonic extractor to continuously extract where, in a dynamic extracting process, an effective component in the Gynostemma pentaphyllum is continuously transferred to the resin of the column bed; (C) after extracting, closing the ultrasonic extractor, inputting a washing liquid to the column body of the bed via the infusion pump and, after clarifying the washing liquid, inputting the eluent to the column body of the bed via the infusion pump, and at the same time gathering it into an automatic gatherer; and (D) after rinsing, transporting the other eluent to the column body of the bed from the top part of the bed via the infusion pump, and finishing the regeneration process of the column.
