摘要:利用乙二胺合钴([Co(en)3]2+)能络合NO和活化氧分子的特性,同时进行NO的氧化和吸收,从而将烟气中难溶于水的NO氧化为易溶于水的NO2,并转化为硝酸根和亚硝酸根。对乙二胺合钴溶液脱除NO的反应机理进行了探索,并研究了氧气、pH、不同脱硫剂对NO脱除的影响。研究结果表明:烟气中的氧气有利于NO的脱除;当气相中存在氧气时,溶液的最佳pH是12.86;添加氧化钙和氢氧化钙的溶液具有较高的NO脱除率;氧化钙的最佳加入量是1.8 g/L。
The ethylenediaminecobalt (Ⅱ)cations can not only bind NO but also activate oxygen molecules in aqueous solutions. NO is absorbed and oxidized simultaneously so that relatively water insoluble NO is oxidized to soluble NO2 which can then be fixed as NO2ˉ and NO3ˉ A possible mechanism for these reactions was suggested and the feasibility was demonstrated by some illustration experiments. The influences of oxygen, pH and different desulfurization agent on the removal of NO are investigated. According to the experimental results, oxygen in the gas phase is favorable to the removal of NO. The optimal pH of solution is 12.86 in the presence of oxygen. The addition of CaO and Ca(OH)2 in solution can achieve higher removal efficiency of NO that was sustained longer than others. The optimal dosage of CaO is 1.8 g/L.
