摘要：A new agent for low-density lipoproteins (LDL)-apheresis, namely alginic acid sulfate (AAS), was utilized to precipitate LDL from plasma selectively. The effects of the pH value, the amount of AAS added and the specific purifying agents employed on the level of LDL-apheresis were investigated in order to find the optimum condition for LDL-purification.
